    "Just back from two weeks staying at this great house. It's exactly as described. 10 seconds walk to Dongtan/Jomtien beach, 5 minutes on the local baht buses to Pattaya. The house itself is immaculate with every convenience. It's in a quiet, security-guarded complex so you can relax in peace when you want. But is only minutes from the action of Pattaya and Jomtien. Lots (ie hundreds) of restaurants, bars, shops, etc., all a short stroll or quick baht bus ride away. The pool is seconds from the front door and was never too busy. There is also a shallow children's pool. John, the owner, met us at the house and showed us around. He lives nearby so is available if you need any assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending the house and would happily stay there again myself."

    Our stay at your villa was wonderful. Located as advertised a short walk from the beach.
    It is very well equipped and comfortable. Although the terraced construction does not have
    the grandeur of a free standing villa this is forgotten once inside. We just didn't have time
    to make use of the top veranda bar-b-que which was so inviting. If ones chosen destination
    is Jomtien then this place must be hard to beat.

    Hi John,  hope you are well.

    I have put together comments from our party as follows:

    The house is fantastic, everything you could want is there.  The owner, John , lives nearby and is always available if needed.  He gives information on local facilities including the good local restaurants which are in abundance.  The pool area is good and is very near with the beach just yards away where everything anyone could want is available, all excellent value for money.

    The pool table is a great part of the house where one can relax over a game with a drink at the end of a lazy day on the beach and before a great night out.  This house is a wonderful holiday experience in Jomtien and we can't wait to visit next year.

    Dear John

    I feel compelled to put pen to paper and try to explain what a wonderful time we had whilst staying at your house on Jomtien Beach.  At first we were amazed by the size of the house, its huge, spread over what is really 6 floors the house is perfect for large numbers of people, with so much enjoyable space we rarely felt the need to leave the house. 4 different entertainment areas ensure all is kept fresh and exciting. A wonderful experience all round. I would most definitely come again.  The decoration of the house is amazingly pleasing and well done.
